Ducati Malaysia Bags Awards For Outstanding After Sales And Marketing
Ducati praised Next Bike Sdn Bhd in the handling of the pandemic lockdowns
The 28th edition of Ducati APAC National Meeting saw Ducati Malaysia bagging the Best Commercial After Sales and Best Marketing Team awards for their astounding efforts in both categories. The Ducati APAC National Meeting is a yearly meeting that consists of Ducati brand representatives of 13 countries within the Asia Pacific region.
At the meeting, Ducati Asia Pacific outlined their aspirations and goals for 2022, sharing their overarching plan for the respective dealers. With each meeting, Ducati Asia Pacific would award their outstanding regional representatives as an acknowledgement for their performance and hard work in growing the Ducati brand.
Both the awards were presented virtually to Ducati Malaysia by Marco Biondi, Ducati Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Asia Pacific. However, Ducati Malaysia wasn’t the only dealer recognised at the meeting.
Ducati Philippines was given the Best Growing Market of the Year award, while Ducati Taiwan and Ducati South Korea won the Best Service/Training Team and Best Importer of The Year award, respectively.
Marco shared a few words in recognition for Ducati Malaysia’s award: “I am extremely proud of the achievements from the colleagues in Malaysia and how well they have steered the brand in these testing times. Malaysian riders are one of the most evolved and it remains a very important market for us. I congratulate Dennis and his team as well as wish them all the best for future.”
Dennis Michael, Head of Ducati Malaysia, shared a few words upon the receiving the awards from Marco: “Firstly, I would like to thank my amazing team for pulling out all the stops in achieving such recognition in the eyes of our brand principal. Throughout all the years of operating, this is the first year ever Ducati Malaysia has received such award. These two awards reflect the passion and commitment that we have collectively poured into Next Bike Sdn Bhd to becoming the premier beacon of Ducati for all Malaysians.
With this incredible tailwind, we’re set to finish off 2021 on an amazing high. With new models and specials arriving our shores soon, 2022 will be another exemplary year for Ducati Malaysia. Knowing the amazing team we have here at Ducati Malaysia, there’s no doubt that we’ll retain our titles and work harder to bag more awards next year.
