Honda HR-V 1.5L Turbo V Spec Selling Price Is RM134,800

This all new HR-V Turbo comes in two variants with a RM5,000 price difference only.

Malaysians love crossovers and compact SUV’s and this was all started 7 years ago when the 2nd generation HR-V arrived in Malaysia with a truly unique styling.  

In early 2015, right after its introduction at the Tokyo Motor Show, this 2015 model HR-V made it debut in Thailand and months later it arrived in Malaysia and was an instant sales hit.

A final facelift of the 2nd generation HR-V was introduced in August 2021 for RM114k and it was the Sport Hybrid version powered by a 1.5 litre Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an Integrated High Power Motor.

It had a combined output is rated at a modestly potent 152 PS and 190 Nm of torque.

Now, fast forward 7 years we have a 3rd generation HR-V with totally new styling and powertrain options.

Customers who seek a thrilling performance will have the powertrain option of RM129,800 priced 1.5L VTEC Turbocharged Engine (V which is priced at RM134,800 & the E variant is priced at RM129,800) which is able to deliver 181PS and 240Nm of torque for an exhilarating and responsive driving experience.

The V and E variants will be offered with drive mode options of NORMAL, SPORT, and ECON, which can be switched easily with Drive Mode Selector.

This All-New HR-V’s interior has been designed to provide comfort and added modern feel and stylishness. The RS variant now features leather upholstery, Sports Pedals, Dual Zone Auto Air Conditioning and Deceleration Selector Paddle.

This popular V and E variants feature a 7-inch Interactive TFT Meter Cluster and 8-inch Display Audio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity.

Within its sophisticated interiors, Honda has introduced the Air Diffusion System in the All-New HR-V for better cooling circulation for all passengers. Additional standard feature in this new model is rear air conditioning ventilation.

Drivers of the All-New HR-V will also find the Hill Descent Control (HDC) feature helpful which automatically maintains at a set low speed, allowing the driver to concentrate on the steering when descending a steep hill.

The All-New HR-V comes equipped with a full set of advanced safety technologies namely Honda LaneWatch and Honda SENSING. As an added value in protection for Honda customers, Honda SENSING is made standard across all variants of the All-New HR-V.
