Mercedes-Benz “Star Elegance” Retail Concept: Get Your Nails Done During An Oil Change
The Mercedes-Benz Star Elegance retail concept arrives in select showrooms.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is always improving the way its customers interact with the brand. After all, such a prestigious brand should come with an experience like no other. The latest improvement being introduced to selected showrooms is Star Elegance, a first-of-its-kind retail concept now available at Hap Seng Star Bukit Tinggi.
Star Elegance is essentially a way for Mercedes-Benz customers to enjoy wellness services at the showroom and service centre. That means you can get your nails done or enjoy a massage while your Mercedes-Benz vehicle is getting its fluids changed. According to Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, a recent survey of about 400 customers suggested that almost all would find a lifestyle retail concept interesting and would even patronize such a shop.

For now, Star Elegance features just a nail spa and massage chairs but you ca expect this list to expand over several phases in the near future. You can also expect more Autohaus locations nationwide to adopt Star Elegance as the months go by.
The launch of Star Elegance coincided with the introduction of 4 new EQE and EQE SUV models.
