Mazda Shares CX-60 Brochure, Expected To Cost RM198,900

Mazda has shared the details and price of the new CX-60 coming to Malaysia soon

Mazda has officially shared a brochure previewing the arrival of the all-new Mazda CX-60, marking an exciting addition to its SUV lineup in Malaysia. Slated to arrive as a fully imported model from Japan, the CX-60 is expected to be priced at RM198,900 and will be available as a CBU (completely built-up) unit starting from September 2025.

Positioned as a premium midsize SUV, the CX-60 represents Mazda’s latest evolution in design, engineering, and driver-focused performance. It stands out with a bold and elegant Kodo design language, refined interior craftsmanship, and a suite of advanced safety and connectivity technologies.

Moreover, while full local specifications are yet to be officially detailed, global models of the Mazda CX-60 are known for their luxurious materials, cutting-edge infotainment, and a focus on comfort and dynamic handling. One of the most attractive aspects of the upcoming CX-60 launch in Malaysia is the comprehensive ownership package that Mazda is offering.

Every unit will come with 5 years of free warranty and 5 years of free service, giving buyers added peace of mind and reinforcing Mazda’s reputation for reliability and strong aftersales support. This package positions the CX-60 as a compelling option for those seeking a premium SUV experience with long-term value.

On top of that, as a CBU model imported from Japan, the CX-60 benefits from Mazda’s highest standards of quality control and build precision. Its arrival is expected to appeal to customers looking for a step above the popular CX-5, offering more power, space and premium features for the Malaysian market.

The Mazda CX-60 is also the first Mazda model built on the company’s new RWD-biased platform, with some international variants featuring plug-in hybrid or inline-six engine options, though final engine specifications for Malaysia have yet to be confirmed. Hopefully Mazda clarifies all this and more soon.

With its combination of sophisticated design, advanced technology, and a worry-free ownership program, the Mazda CX-60 is poised to make a strong impression in Malaysia’s competitive SUV market. Interested buyers can expect more detailed announcements closer to the official launch, with initial deliveries of the CBU units anticipated to begin from September 2025.
