Proton e.MAS 5 Hits the Road with MISI 5 Tour Across Malaysia
Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd (PRO-NET) has officially launched the MISI 5 Tour, a nationwide event designed to give Malaysians an exclusive preview of the much-anticipated Proton e.MAS 5, the brand’s upcoming entry-level electric vehicle.

The tour will run from August to October 2025, spanning 13 states and 29 towns across five major regions: Central, Northern, Southern, East Coast, and East Malaysia.

Bringing the EV Experience to Malaysians
The MISI 5 Tour is more than just a showcase—it’s a hands-on opportunity for the public to experience the e.MAS 5 up close. Visitors can expect guided walkarounds, static displays, and interactive sessions at popular tourist spots and Proton e.MAS dealerships nationwide.

“The Proton e.MAS 5 is designed for young urban drivers, families, and first-time EV owners,” said Zhang Qiang, CEO of PRO-NET. “With MISI 5, we’re connecting with Malaysians where they live, work, and play.”

What Makes the e.MAS 5 Stand Out
Built with everyday practicality in mind, the e.MAS 5 combines expressive design, adaptable storage, and smart features like pre-cooling and real-time charge planning. The EV promises fast charging, achieving 80% in less than a lunch break, while offering smooth city handling and advanced safety for stress-free driving.
Lifestyle Meets Technology
Each regional stop will feature local influencers showcasing how the e.MAS 5 fits into different lifestyles. From fashion makeovers during KL Fashion Week to culinary adventures, mural art, and even a haunted livestream, these activities aim to highlight the versatility and tech-savvy features of the e.MAS 5.

Tour Highlights
The Central region kicks off from 9 to 17 August, with iconic locations such as KLCC, Saloma Bridge, Batu Caves, and Putra Mosque on the itinerary, alongside dealership previews in Shah Alam, Setia Alam, Kajang, and Petaling Jaya.
