Honda Malaysia finds its first 2 winners for its 25th anniversary ‘Because of You’ Campaign.
Honda Malaysia celebrated its 25th anniversary by announcing the first two lucky winners of its “Because of You” campaign. The prizes, a City Hatchback RS and a WR-V RS, were presented at a special appreciation event. These two cars are part of the six grand prizes offered in the campaign’s lucky draw.
Dream Cars and Double Wins
The winner of the City Hatchback RS, Mr. Chin from Perak, had entered the contest after purchasing a Platinum White Pearl Civic RS. Mr. Chin stated that owning a Civic had always been his dream, as he was captivated by its striking appearance and powerful performance, which stays true to the Civic DNA. He expressed his excitement, noting that winning the City Hatchback RS made his new car purchase even more special, initially believing the call informing him of the win was a scam. He now looks forward to enjoying the different driving experiences offered by both his new Honda cars.
The second winner, Ms. Ou, purchased a CR-V as a family car. Ms. Ou, who could not be present, was represented by her husband, Mr. Liew Jeng Siong, who traveled from Sarawak to claim the prize, the WR-V RS. Ms. Ou chose the CR-V for its complete package, including comfort, spaciousness, and elegant design, booking it without hesitation. She expressed her surprise and delight that her new CR-V brought along its “sibling” to the family, making her the owner of not one, but two Honda SUVs, both perfectly suited for her family’s needs.

Honda Malaysia is marking a significant milestone this year with the launch of its 25th Anniversary “Because of You” Campaign. This three-month nationwide celebration, running from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, promises exciting promotions, exclusive rewards, and prizes worth up to RM1 million – the largest in the company’s history.
Established in 2000, Honda Malaysia has grown into one of the most trusted automotive brands in the country. Guided by its “Challenging Spirit,” the company has achieved numerous milestones. In 2003, they started local assembly at their Pegoh Plant with the CR-V. In 2004, they pioneered hybrid models with the Civic Hybrid. In 2014, they doubled their production capacity. In recent years, Honda Malaysia celebrated its one-millionth sales unit in 2021 and one-millionth production unit in 2022.
As part of the anniversary campaign, Honda Malaysia is offering six brand-new Honda models as lucky draw prizes: Honda WR-V RS, Honda City RS, Honda City Hatchback RS, Honda Civic RS, New Honda HR-V (V variant), and Honda CR-V e:HEV RS. Customers who test drive or register a new Honda during the campaign will automatically receive lucky draw entries. The more entries collected, the higher the chances of winning. Two winners will be announced each month on Honda Malaysia’s official Facebook page and through its dealer network.
