Did you know that from 1961 to 1983, a commercial mini pickup vehicle was produced and sold around Europe but primarily in its homeland, England, though they are rare today The Mini Cooper pickup truck, often referred to in concept form as the MINI Paceman Adventure, is a unique, one-off vehicle concept created by BMW apprentices and instructors.

(by the way, in case you were wondering, the Mini Paceman, which was a three-door crossover coupé, was retired by Mini, similar to the Clubman)
While the Paceman is no longer in productionIt is not a standard production vehicle, but rather a specialised “ute” (utility vehicle) conversion designed for off-road capability, featuring a small truck bed for hauling.
Based on the MINI Cooper S Paceman, it is a two-seater with the rear seats removed to create a, often metal-plated, open loading area. The concept utilised a 135 kW/184 bhp turbocharged engine from the Cooper S, combined with an All4 all-wheel-drive system.
It features a modified chassis with increased ground clearance, enhanced wading depth, and specialised tires with a coarse tread for terrain like gravel or mud. The design includes a roof rack with a spare tire, additional front spotlights, and an external snorkel-like air intake.
