Hybrid cars can now enjoy a fully customised kind of engine oil with Caltex
Caltex Malaysia has announced the launch of its latest innovation in engine care, Caltex Havoline Fully Synthetic Hybrid SAE 0W-20, a premium engine oil specifically designed for modern hybrid engines. As hybrid vehicles become increasingly popular, the need for advanced lubricants tailored to the unique demands of hybrid engines is more critical than ever.
This new synthetic oil is formulated to deliver superior performance, long-lasting protection and exceptional cleanliness, even under challenging driving conditions. Hybrid engines typically operate at lower temperatures and often face complications such as low temperature sludge buildup, corrosion from moisture and fuel dilution and increased engine wear.
Moreover, the Caltex Havoline Fully Synthetic Hybrid SAE 0W-20 addresses these concerns with a proprietary formulation that provides comprehensive protection in three key areas. The first of which is water and fuel dilution performance.
