Mitsubishi XPANDER Hits 50,000 Sales Milestone, Dominates Non-National MPV Segment

The Mitsubishi XPANDER model has surpassed 50,000 units sold.

In a testament to its popularity among Malaysian families, the Mitsubishi XPANDER has officially surpassed the 50,000 units sold mark. This significant achievement further cements the XPANDER’s position as the No. 1 non-national MPV in Malaysia for five consecutive years, a title it has held since November 2020.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in the country, celebrated this landmark on October 13, 2025. The milestone also comes as MMM celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
