VW Grows In Malaysia With New Wearnes Showroom
As part of its continuous aim to delight customers with memorable experiences, Wearnes VW has opened its latest showroom in Sungai Besi. Located adjacent to its state-of-the-art Volkswagen service and spare parts facility on Jalan Dua, the new Volkswagen Sungai Besi showroom will provide the company’s premium shopping experience to customers in the metropolitan area as part of its expansion strategy. Fronting the busy Jalan Tun Razak, the new Wearnes VW showroom is built to the latest Volkswagen global standards and is designed to amply showcase the latest line-up of Volkswagen cars and meet the rising interest in the brand.
Speaking at the launch, Daniel Tan, Director of Sales, Volkswagen Group Malaysia said: “There has indeed been much awareness in the Volkswagen brand and in our cars in the past few months and the success is attributed not only to the excellent range of cars that we offer our customers, but also the commitment and dedication shown by our dealers to the values of the Volkswagen brand, products and services,” He added: “I am proud to say that Wearnes VW is an example of an enthusiastic entrepreneur with a high standard of professionalism and a commitment to customer service. An example of this dedication can be seen in this new outlet which is fully compliant with Volkswagen’s corporate identity and design standards,” The new showroom, according to Jack Zaal, General Manager of Wearnes Automotive, provides a fresh platform for the company to further raise the bar in automotive retail excellence.
“We are very proud of the new Volkswagen showroom because it is designed and built from the ground up according to the latest corporate standards set by Volkswagen. It offers customers a distinctive and modern venue to browse for their latest Volkswagen automobile with the familiar Wearnes VW touch,” said Zaal. The new Volkswagen Sungai Besi showroom is the third such outlet for the company and joins the prestigious line-up of premium Volkswagen outlets operated by Wearnes Automotive Sdn Bhd. The others are located on Jalan Ampang and in Bangsar. A unique feature of the Wearnes Sungai Besi outlet is the first integrated dialogue reception where service advisors are able to easily detect and address issues for a more accurate diagnosis of the car’s health. In his speech, Zaal added that the opening of the new Wearnes VW Sungai Besi outlet was a timely move by the company to meet the growing number of Volkswagen aficionados.
