40 Perodua staff get safe motorcycle riding tips from a pro

About 40 Perodua staff were given tips on safe motorcycle riding and handling by Wazi Abdul Hamid, a professional motorcycle rider and trainer from the Waziboyz, at a safety campaign and motorcycle expedition to Perak recently.
The participants were also treated to motorcycle stunts performed by trainers from the Waziboyz during the 2-day “Safety Campaign and Motorcycle Expedition” (XPDC Bermotorsikal & Kempen Keselamatan Kelab PSSB) jointly organised by the Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd Sports Club and Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd Employees Union to Teluk Batik Resort. Perodua Managing Director Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh who flagged off the expedition at Perodua Headquarters and Plant in Sungai Choh on 16 July said: ““The event is very timely a majority of our 11,000 staff are Muslims and they will be joining millions of Malaysians to Balik Kampung to be with their loved ones for Hari Raya Aidil Fitri soon.”
“Of the 11,000 Perodua staff, about 70% of them commute to and from work by motorcycles and we care for their safety. We hope to carry out more of such campaigns in the near future,” he said. “I hope the participants will also impart what they learnt during the safety campaign to their family members and friends,” he added.
