That is the tagline that Johnnie Walker has been using in their 6 year relationship with the McLaren Mercedes Benz F1 team. Sound a little strange when you say out loud…..a high end whisky brand sponsoring a high energy race that demands the highest level of concentration and engineering excellence. Well, the synergy is not of driving but more of the best in what they do. The ‘best whisky working with the best F1 team’! The best news is that it has been a great working relationship and one that has benefited Johnnie Walker a great deal as their ‘Black Circuit’ parties have been rated as the best after party events of every race in the calendar for the past 6 years.
Now comes the affiliation with two world champion drivers, Jensen Button and Lewis Hamilton with the ‘Step Inside The Black Circuit’ event. This is Johnnie Walkers latest promotion campaign to give fans a true insight into the lives of these 2 world champions as they go about their daily routine over the 9 months of the F1 circus from February to November each year. This is the 2nd year of the campaign and with a phenomenal following on Facebook with 53,000 fans, the event kicks off in Singapore with a candid interview with Jensen Button with attending regional media.
