Honda To Release A Different CRV In Europe

This is the leaked images of the European Honda CRV which will be unveiled at the coming Geneva Motor Show. Honda describes this to be an ‘all-new’ model that it will start selling in the 3rd quarter and will be produced at Honda’s Swindon factory. Honda hasn’t provided many details but it’s believed that the CR-V will be powered by the much-anticipated 118bhp 1.6-litre diesel engine. Honda had re-engineered its ride and handling to suit the European market. Honda said that it also received some extensive revisions to differentiate this model from the North American CRV. The new CR-V meant for the U.S. offers a feature that reads out text messages from the driver’s phone. This feature may be carried over to its European sister car.
