NAZA Italia Offers A 7-Year Maintenance Program For Ferraris

NAZA Italia Sdn Bhd, Official Ferrari Importer and Dealer in Malaysia, treated Ferrari owners, specially invited guests and their families to an Italian extravaganza and true reflection of the vivacity of Italian culture with an exclusive affair at the NAZA Italia Showroom in Petaling Jaya yesterday. This exclusive event titled ‘I Love Italia’ is the first of its kind and NAZA Italia is set to make it as an annual affair.

The event was a celebration of all things Ferrari and Italian. Guests were treated to varieties of sumptuous Italian canapés, sweets and savories, and wines as they were serenaded by wonderfully Italian tunes in a sophisticated and elaborately decorated room that featured the vibrant colours of the Italian flag – red, white and green, and captivated guests with a showcase of various Ferrari models, (new and pre-owned). In true Ferrari fashion, guests enjoyed an array of activities that enhanced the ‘first class lifestyle’ that compliments Ferrari ownership, whilst their children were entertained by the many games and activities organized specially for them.

The event highlighted the beneficial elements of Ferrari ownership and premium programmes such as Genuine Ferrari and Power Warranty. The Ferrari premium ownership program guarantees every Ferrari car is forever perfect and valuable. Since Ferrari’s very first GT cars roared out of the factory in Maranello in 1948 and some 60 years on, the Prancing Horse continues to set the standard throughout the industry for customer care.

After-sales service has changed to keep in line with the established notion that a Ferrari is forever. In 2011, Ferrari announces an exclusive new customer care service: clients ordering a new car from the authorised dealership network will be entitled to a free seven-year scheduled maintenance programme. This service will ensure that Ferrari cars are maintained to the highest standards to meet the company’s strict requirements for safety, performance and reliability.
The programme is unique – this is the first time a car manufacturer offers such cover and is evidence of the attention paid by Ferrari to ensuring its clients enjoy the maximum peace of mind.
The programme covers the scheduled maintenance at standard service intervals (20,000 km, or once a year, with no restriction on total kilometres) along with the relative original spare parts, engine oil and brake fluid. The advantage to the owner is the assurance that the vehicle will be subject to regular annual inspection by Ferrari-trained personnel using factory-approved dedicated diagnostic equipment. The Maintenance programme covers each individual vehicle, and thus extends to any eventual subsequent owner during the entire seven-year period.
