Ford Kuga Interior Is A Segment Best

The stylish all-new Ford Kuga contemporary cabin has a premium fit and finish. Contoured sports seats, a soft touch instrument panel, the unique ‘bull horn’ shape of the console and perfectly detailed switches, instruments and control surfaces are all a result of superior craftsmanship.
Second row passengers benefit from high levels of comfort and features. The rear seat fold easily in one movement and the seat backs also recline over a 10-degree range, allowing rear seat passengers to set their seatback to the exact position they want. The comfortable rear seating provides 1395mm of shoulder room and 987mm of headroom, giving generous space to accommodate adult passengers. The second row seating has a 60/40 split and has been designed to fold completely flat to maximise the usefulness of the available load compartment in two-seat mode. Under-seat storage is a practical feature for the second row with further storage under the floor of the luggage compartment area which is divided into compartments to offer maximum practicality. A luggage compartment sill height of 758mm aids the loading of heavy items into the car.

The volume of audible road and wind noise has been significantly reduced compared with the previous Ford SUV model, delivering one of the quietest cabins in the segment. Improvements were delivered following the innovative use of elliptical acoustic mirrors to measure exterior elements that can influence the noise and vibration inside the car.
From the initial design, the all-new Ford Kuga was engineered to be as visually appealing up close as it is from a distance with spaces between panels no wider than 0.5mm. The craftsmanship inside emphasises touch and feel through use of a soft instrument panel and soft upper door panels. Particular attention was paid to deleting exposed fasteners on moving parts like the rear liftgate, sun visors and the glove box. The all-new Ford Kuga’s styling and purpose has evolved to incorporate more space, a more precise execution and a higher quality feel. This Ford Kuga features several places to store specific items in the interior, including umbrellas, bottles and cell phones.
