Shell Doraemon Event brought forward due to overwhelming popularity!
Shell Malaysia launched a promotion earlier this month that introduced eight exclusive characters in the iconic Japanese anime series, Doraemon. The promotion which was initially scheduled to end on 30th September, will now end on 31stAugust as the collectibles have been sold out due to the high demand.
At the launch earlier this month, Shell also announced a ‘Swap-Meet’ event at the Exclusive Shell Doraemon Event to be held in September where customers can swap their collectibles with other fans to complete their set of eight. The event has been pushed forward to late August.

We put customer satisfaction above all at Shell, and we endeavour to continue providing our customers with the best of convenience and variety through our products and services,” said Christine Liew, Head of Retail Marketing, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Brunei.
The Exclusive Shell Doraemon Event will feature the swap meets and treat fans to a fun Doraemon experience via his Dokodemo door and a Dorayaki stall, featuring Doraemon’s favourite food. Other activities include a colouring and a time-based puzzle competition.

Commenting further on the promotion, Liew said,” We are confident that the Swap-Meets will encourage Malaysians to get together over the Doraemon phenomenon and have a great time exchanging their collectibles.”
