Perodua’s Statement On Late Delivery Of New ALZA

On behalf of Perodua, I wish to apologise to our customers, in particular our new Perodua Alza customers, for a slight delay in delivery of their vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. We wish to assure our customers that the delay is neither because insufficient stock nor quality concerns. As of today, production of the New Alza stood at 10,000 units against 8,000 bookings that we have received since bookings were opened on 20th December 2013.

Most of the units are now at our sales centres nationwide awaiting delivery and we are focusing our efforts to ensure that you receive your vehicle at the soonest possible time. That being said, the responsibility is ours and we greatly regret any inconvenience this delay has caused you – our valued customers. On the upcoming celebrations, we wish everyone an enjoyable break.

To our Chinese friends, business partners and especially our customers, we wish you a happy and prosperous Chinese New Year – Gong Xi Fa Chai.
