“We believe that the launch of the Myvi XT and the What’s Up! “The Perodua Myvi, which was launched in May 2005, celebrates its 9th Anniversary this year. The Myvi is Perodua’s flagship model, consisting of about 50% of our sales since 2006,” Aminar said. Perodua has sold over 750,000 units of its Myvi model since 2005; making it the best-selling model for 8 consecutive years.

He said that the main target for the Myvi XT is the university students and fresh graduates looking for space, performance, quality yet affordability in a car. Perodua targets to sell 1,600 Myvi XT units per month.
