Hyundai 2S GDSI Opens in Malacca To Better Serve Customers

Premium Autoworld Sdn Bhd, an authorised Hyundai dealer has opened Malacca’s first 2S GDSI (Global Dealership Space Identity) outlet, in line with the opening of the first Hyundai GDSI showroom outlet back in 2014 to offer customers exceptional services.

According to Mr Simon Tan, Managing Director of Premium Autoworld, the opening of this new 2S GDSI (service and parts centre) aims to strengthen Hyundai’s Modern Premium brand proposition by not only improving the look of its outlets but also its service quality that will offer customers experience beyond expectations.

The GDSI centre, the fifth in Malaysia, is inspired by nature and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls with vertical greens in the interior. It is also visually appealing with the application of a subtle bronze look on the exterior and a modern architectural design. The interior includes modern furniture, new lounge chairs and warm lights that offer customers a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Service Reception

Customers can expect a premium customer lounge with high-speed internet facility, pickup/delivery service for the convenience of busy working executives (only applicable with prior appointment) and complimentary coffee making facility. Other services offered at this new 2S GDSI includes insurance & road tax renewal, body and paint service as well as car grooming services.

Mr Lau Yit Mun, Managing Director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) added that sales of Hyundai premium models such as the Sonata and Santa Fe have also picked-up in the last few years and customers of these premium models would expect premium service quality when visiting a Hyundai service centre. Hence, the need to set-up a GDSI service and parts centre in Malacca.

In conjunction with its official opening, Premium Autoworld is offering the following discounts and promotions until the 31 May 2016 at its 2S GDSI service and parts centre:

  • 50% discount on labour charges for a Hyundai Basic service package and for first time customers only. Customers will need to download and log in to the Hyundai Care App via their smart phones to enjoy the discount which is limited to one time use only.
  • Free labour on lube change (engine oil and engine filter) and 15% discount on parts for older Hyundai models which are no longer covered by warranty i.e Matrix, Getz, Avante, XD Elantra, Atos and NF Sonata.
  • Free 22 checkpoints inspection on weekdays only.

Premium Autoworld’s 2S GDSI centre is located at No 1, Jalan PK 8B-1, Taman Perindustrian Krubong, 75260 Malacca. The service and parts centre is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am–5pm except on public holidays. Customers can call 06-3322553 to find out more about the services offered here. The company also owns a GDSI showroom located at T199, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, 75100 Malacca. Visitors are welcome to visit this new outlet from 10am-6pm every day.
