Emergency lane drivers will keep getting caught like this

The rules have been in force for the longest time. ‘No motorists is allowed to use the emergency lane not even during heavy rush hour’. It is called an emergency lane so only the police, fire brigade and of course ambulances are supposed to use it. Despite so many warnings given on radio, in the newspapers and on the internet, there are still drivers during peak traffic who drive on the emergency lane.
