Best after sales – Toyota Malaysia
Every week we get phone calls, emails and even when we meet people who know what we do for a living, they start complaining to us about their cars. Complaining about after sales, complaining about how recalls were handled, complaining to us about parts pricing and more. Malaysians love to complain and we have had issues forwarded to almost all vehicle brands in some way or another. Only 2 vehicle brands have not been complained about and they both are from the same organization. Toyota and Lexus. With the high volume that Toyota sells in Malaysia, they have managed to keep customers happy and we salute their efforts here.
