Boon Siew Honda Launches The EX5 Fi Limited Edition

Boon Siew Honda (BSH) today announced that they will be officially launching the Honda EX5 Fi Limited Edition which comes with two design; Self/Drum/Spoke and Self/Drum/Cast. Contributing to the 100 million-unit milestone, the Honda EX5 remained as the symbol of freedom in mobility and being the longest serving motorcycle in the Malaysian market to date.

First introduced in 1987, the EX5 has a strong heritage and story among Malaysians. Being one of the most loved ‘kapchai’ that pioneered the two-wheel transportation during the older days; the Honda EX5 series remains relevant and stylish with the introduction of its newest model.

Over the years, the EX5 series has continued to evolve to accommodate the unique cultures and increasingly diversifying customer needs in Malaysia, and it has become an enduring series now sold and enjoyed by customers in Malaysia.

Being one of the pioneer super cub in Malaysia, it has reached over two million units manufactured and sold locally.

Being a mainstay on Malaysian roads since the 1987, today’s Honda EX5 Fi Limited Edition is built with an air-cooled, single-cylinder 109.1 cc engine. Fed by Honda’s PGM-Fi, the EX5 Dream puts out a claimed 8.35 hp at 7,500 rpm and 8.4 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.

The new Honda EX5 Fi Limited edition will come in two designs with different prices starting from RM5, 309.54 (Self/Drum/Spoke), and RM5, 563.94 (Self/Drum/Cast). All prices stated are the basic prices inclusive of GST.
