BMW’s sexy race machine, the M8 GTE

BMW Motorsport is bringing cutting-edge technology to the top international class of GT racing, whilst at the same time tying in with our tradition at Le Mans with this all new race car. The development of the BMW M8 GTE is on schedule and it delivers a car, which weighs in at just 2,690 pounds due to its carbon fiber-reinforced polymer construction, has an aggressive profile with a large wing and side skirts, features a 4-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine capable of 500hp and is equipped with new AI technology to improve traction control.
