What was This Guy Doing Driving The Wrong Way on the NPE?
Yesterday, we were sent this video. It’s a little bit unsettling, involving what looks like an elderly man driving on the wrong side of the road. A police rider tries to stop him, but eventually someone doing roadworks is the one who brings the car to a halt.
We’ve received various explanations for what happened, but we’re not going to make an assumption. Does anyone have an accurate account of the events?
