It’s Official, Grab and Uber Merges in Southeast Asia
Here are the 3 major changes.
Grab is acquiring Uber’s Southeast Asian businesses – namely, their ride-hailing and food delivery services.
In exchange, Uber will receive a 27.5% stake in Grab.
GrabFood will expand into all major Southeast Asian countries by mid-2018. This will be supported by GrabPay, the company’s mobile wallet.
