Karma and BlackBerry’s QNX
Southern California-based Karma Automotive recently showcased how BlackBerry’s QNX technology was used to safeguard its Revero luxury electric vehicle and hinted at additional security and management systems that could be incorporated into future products during the automaker’s first appearance at the 2019 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
“Karma’s business and product plan isdriven in part by collaborating with partners like BlackBerry whose expertisehelp us accelerate product development and differentiation,” said KarmaCEO Dr. Lance Zhou. “Karma was among BlackBerry’s first automotivepartners for cybersecurity management, and we’re looking forward to showcasinghow we use the technology to enhance Revero. We’ll also have someproof-of-concepts using futuristic technology that may ultimately become partof the Karma experience.”
