BMW 8-Series Gran Coupe Adds 2 Doors + 20cm of Wheelbase
BMW have shown their 8-Series Gran Coupe with a view to launch it on the 25th of June 2019. This 4-door version of the 8-Series was developed alongside the 8-Series Coupe and M8 GTE and uses the same advanced materials and construction.
2020 BMW 8-Series Gran Coupe Here are the variants of the 8-Series Gran Coupe:
- M850i xDrive Gran Coupe: 530hp V8 petrol
- 840i xDrive Gran Coupe: 340hp inline 6 petrol
- 840i Gran Coupe: 340hp inline 6 petrol, rear-wheel drive
- 840d xDrive Gran Coupe: 320hp inline 6 petrol
All engines are mated to 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission.
Besides the two additional doors, the 8-Series Gran Coupe comes with a wheelbase that’s 201mm longer too.
