Ford Showrooms and Service Centres to Close Until April
Ford has announced that their showrooms and service centres will be closed from tomorrow until the end of March 2020. But if you do encounter problems with your Ford vehicle, you may still call 1300383181 for roadside assistance.
There is a chance your vehicle will have to wait until April to be worked on, but this may depend on the seriousness of your breakdown.

In light of the Movement Control Order announced by the Malaysian Government, our showrooms and service centres will be temporarily closed from 18 – 31 March 2020. For vehicle emergency breakdowns during this period, you may contact 1300 38 3181. Till then, we urge all to stay safe and clean.

2020 Malaysia movement control order refer to the preventive measures of federal government of Malaysia towards 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) on 16 March 2020, thus “movement control” were implemented throughout the country. The incident was commonly referred to in the media as the “Malaysia lockdown”
At 10 o’clock on 16 March, the Prime Minister of Malaysia Muhyiddin Yassin made a televised speech and officially promulgated the restricted activities order under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967.[1]
Effective 18 March, Malaysia officially implemented the movement control order measure.
Before Malaysia announced the “movement control”, supermarkets across the country began to see a surge in purchases, and the supply of surgical masks everywhere was not enough, causing mask prices to skyrocket. In response, the Prime Minister of Malaysia said in a televised speech on the 16th assured that supply of food, daily essentials and healthcare (including surgical masks), were sufficient nationwide, adding that the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs would be monitoring the food supply and the daily demand of the market during the period of its closure.
