MODENAS Service Centres Now Operate 4 Days a Week
MODENAS has announced that its selected service centres will now operate four days a week, following the announcement of the conditional movement control order (CMCO) by the Government.
The national motorcycle company had previously notified that the service centres are open twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
The resumption of MODENAS after-sales operations are subject to the Covid-19 pandemic standard operating procedures (SOPs) as established by MITI.
These include shorter operating hours, reduced staffing and adhering to preventive measures such as social distancing and observing hygienic practices at all times.
The following is a list of centres that are opened for business:
- MODENAS Subang Service Centre, Selangor
- MODENAS Ipoh Service Centre, Perak
- MODENAS Gurun Service Centre, Kedah
- MODENAS Kuantan Service Centre, Pahang
- MODENAS Johor Bahru Service Centre, Johor
Beginning 4th May, these service centres will open from Monday to Thursday, from 10 am to 3 pm.
The centres will service customers only by appointment. Customers are welcome to book their appointment online via http://bit.ly/mcobookaservice or http://bit.ly/jomservis, or send a WhatsApp message to MODENAS Careline at 019-570 8135.
In addition, the company has resumed full operations for its spare parts business to support its network of stockists. Customers can now purchase their spare parts from the respective MODENAS service centers or at the nearest authorised stockists as per the list below.
