2021 Ducati Streetfighter V4 Gets Dark Stealth Colour Scheme

Ducati has announced that the 2021 model year Streetfighter V4 lineup will come with several updates, which include a new colour scheme called Dark Stealth and Euro 5 certification.

As if the Streetfighter wasn’t menacing enough in its original Ducati Red shade, the Borgo Panigale brand takes the “Fight Formula” to the dark side with a matte black finish. The ominous hue is contrasted by silver accents on the radiator, exhaust and footpegs.

The Dark Stealth option is only available on the range-topping V4 S variant and according to Visor Down, it will cost £300 (RM1,627) more than the standard version in the UK.

Beyond the new paint job, Ducati has also made a few tweaks to ensure both the Streetfighter V4 and V4 S meet the stringent Euro 5 emission standards. While the silencer looks exactly the same as before, it actually has larger catalysts and new materials which can help reduce emissions.

On top of that, the bike also gets shorter and narrower exhaust manifolds and an oxygen sensor in each cylinder. With these changes, the 208 hp arrives 250 rpm later at 13,000 rpm while peak torque of 123 Nm is achieved 2,000 rpm earlier at 9,500 rpm.

Other updates include new front brake pumps and a self-purging clutch, both debuted on the Superleggera V4.
