BMW & MINI Malaysia Has A New Pricing Structure
When it comes to the car-buying public, things are changing faster than ever. Today, flexibility and lower upfront costs are fast becoming considerations that customers put above others.
And to those customers, BMW Group Malaysia is responding by offering a more flexible warranty package.
That’s right. Over the weekend, both BMW Malaysia and MINI Malaysia released a new pricing structure that gives customers the option to go for a shorter warranty for a lower price, should they prefer the savings over the peace of mind.
That being said, the BMW 5 Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty Package and 5 Year / 100,000 km Service package are both still available at the same price for every model.
The same goes for the MINI 4 Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty Package and 4 Year / 60,000 km Service package.
Now you at least have the option to take the few thousand Ringgit you save on the shorter warranty to get your BMW chipped or physically modded in any way you see fit! It’ll probably still void the 2 year warranty, but warranties aren’t everything! Sometimes you’ve just got to have the freedom to do whatever you want with your money.

Premium automaker caters to customers’ changing mobility needs with customisable warranty and service packages.
BMW Group Malaysia today announced new price lists for the BMW and MINI range of vehicles, to enable greater customer personalisation of their ownership experience.
The new pricing structure presents BMW customers with a new recommended retail price (RRP), that can be paired with either the 5 Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty Package or the 5 Years / 100,000km Service Package. Customers may also opt to purchase the car with the 5 Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty with Free Scheduled Service (“Extended Warranty & Service Package”) as before at no added cost.
The new list of RRP is also available for MINI vehicles. MINIacs can purchase their preferred MINI vehicle with the 4 Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty with Free Scheduled Service (“Extended Warranty & Service Package”) at the same cost as before. Alternatively, customers who prefer to purchase their vehicle at the RRP paired with either the 4 Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty Package or 4 Years / 60,000km Service Package, can do so at a more attractive rate.
