Facelifted Jaguar XF Launched in Malaysia
The refreshed and enhanced Jaguar XF is now in Malaysia for under RM500,000.
Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia has just launched the newly updated Jaguar XF model with its refreshed design and upgraded interior. This is essentially a major facelift of the XF model that introduced here in 2016.
Changes for 2022 include a new front end design with a lower air intake on the grille, slimmer all-LED headlights with ‘Double J’ daytime running lights as well as a sleeker looking rear bumper.
Inside, the new XF comes with a new cockpit design with a sportier centre console. It comes with a wireless device charger, a 11.4″ curved glass HD touchscreen with Pivo Pro infotainment. This screen is 3X brighter and 48% larger than the one in the previous XF. The new menu layout is clearer and easier to navigate. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto allow for greater functionality.
Another major upgrade on the XF is the introduction of Active Road Noise Cancellation technology, which is paired to the Meridian Sound System. Driver Assistant features, including Adaptive Cruise Control and Driver Condition Monitor have been added.
The price of the new Jaguar XF is RM498,800 and this price includes SST, but excludes Road Tax, Registration and Insurance. The new Jaguar XF is available with the R-Dynamic package. The powertrain they’ve packaged for Malaysia is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor from the Ingenium family. It sends 250PS to the rear wheels via a ZF-sourced 8-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters. 0-100km/h takes just 7.1 seconds.
The new XF was fully booked during pre-launch and is now available for booking once again.
