Shocking To See How These Cars Can Be So Mangled

We often hear of accidents on the road but we never truly grasp just how horrific it can be, how fragile our insignificant lives are in the grand scale of things and how easily these giant metal boxes we call cars can send us on a 1 way ticket to meet our maker. Well, hopefully this accident helps you understand that.
There was recently a road accident involving a lorry and three cars that took place yesterday at Batu 9 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. While we would like to say that no one was badly hurt and no lives were lost, unfortunately this time, one victim was found dead and another 2 were seriously injured after a lorry was hit and out of control.
Moreover, this weekend there will be many Malaysians making the drive back to their hometowns in conjunction with Chinese New Year so we here at DSF would like to take this opportunity to remind all our readers to please be safe on the roads wherever your destination. Keep speeds low, drive calmly and stay alert.
From the pictures, we can see that the lorry and the three cars involved in this accident are all mangled and contorted beyond recognition. Suffice it to say that these vehicles are all also busted beyond any hope of repair and are completely totaled. This is how bad things can get when one is not lucky on the road.
Clearly when the car itself gets this bent out of shape, there is no chance for the passengers inside to survive. After all, metal is much harder than our human skin and when the body gets thrown around and rolled around while being banged in every corner, the damage caused tends to be fatal.
On top of that, while we can see a few passers by try to salvage whatever they can from the crash, the way the car was so mangled with the wheel sticking out in one corner and what looks like the entire undercarriage of the vehicle split from the upper half of the car, it is obvious whoever was inside is likely not in much better shape than the car.
Well, at the end of the day, no matter how much you try and teach a person to be careful, their recklessness will always take precedence proving they have no regard for anyone’s safety and care more about their childish need to stroke their ego first. I hope our readers are not like this too.
