Smart Mobility Opens A New 3S Centre At Mutiara Damansara
This new smart 3S Centre can service up to 30 EV cars a day
smart Damansara, a smart all-electric car dealership under Smart Mobility Sdn Bhd has opened an outlet in Mutiara Damansara and is expanding the reach of smart Malaysia and offering customers of the brand as well as potential owners a new location to visit as well.
Located on the ground floor of Menara TSR in Mutiara Damansara, this 3S centre spans 7,500 sq ft, featuring a service centre with 4 service bays, a showroom and a spare parts hub. Equipped with four service bays, smart Damansara targets to accommodate up to 30 cars per day, depending on the type of service. The service intervals for the smart EV car are as follows:-
- Once a year or 20,000km, whichever comes first (Aircond Filter)
- Once every 2 years or 40,000km, whichever comes first (Brake Service)
- Once every 3 years or 60,000km, whichever comes first (Transmission oil)
- Once every 4 years or 80,000km, whichever comes first (Coolant)
Moreover, according to Smart Mobility’s CEO, Mr. Eric Moo, the smart Damansara 3S Centre is designed with a contemporary style while maintaining a warm and welcoming ambience. This will be one of the biggest differences that sets the brand apart from certain other brands that do not emphasise the customer experience here in Malaysia.
Eric also stated, “We invite everyone to come and experience a test drive of the all-electric smart #1 at smart Damansara. Our knowledgeable personnel will provide guidance on owning an EV while allowing you to experience the hospitality with exceptional products and services we offer at our outlet,”
This outlet also serves as a dedicated community space, offering a comprehensive and convenient experience for all smart-related needs. The smart 3S centre provides convenience for customers during their wait for service so the whole experience does not feel boring at any point.
On top of that, while waiting, customers can also enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks, with car servicing typically completed within two hours. With high-speed wifi available, customers can work or watch a movie. There is also a dedicated kids’ play zone for families to keep their children entertained while waiting.
The smart 3S centre operates from Monday to Sunday at the following hours, from 9.00am to 7.00 pm on Monday to Saturday, and 10.00am to 6.00pm on Sunday. Visitors are also welcome for test drives anytime, however customers requiring car servicing are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling 016-5558707.
