Chery Auto Malaysia has officially expanded its retail and aftersales footprint in the southern region of the country with the grand opening of Chery Kulai. Operated by trusted dealer-partner Autohub Mobility Sdn Bhd, the brand-new facility establishes a highly accessible touchpoint for customers throughout Johor.
The state-of-the-art facility marks a major retail milestone for the carmaker, serving as the second outlet nationwide—and notably the first in the southern region—to adopt Chery’s premium Gen 4.0 showroom design and concept.
A Premium Retail and Service Hub
The new 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) infrastructure is located at No. 4, Jalan SME 1, Kawasan Perindustrian SME in Kulai. Spanning a generous footprint of 734 square meters, the outlet is carefully optimized to offer a seamless, end-to-end customer journey from initial vehicle viewing to long-term aftersales care.
Inside the showroom, buyers can inspect Chery’s full local vehicle lineup in a contemporary, customer-centric environment. To ensure maximum convenience during maintenance appointments, the building houses a plush customer lounge alongside a fully functional workshop configured with four dedicated service bays. All vehicle repairs and scheduled services are managed by factory-trained Chery technicians to guarantee professional reliability.
Strengthening the Johor Network Ecosystem
The Kulai launch marks the second Chery investment by Autohub Mobility Sdn Bhd in the state of Johor, building upon the company’s existing large-scale facility in Tampoi (Chery Tampoi 4S Centre).
With this latest 3S destination open for business, Chery Auto Malaysia now commands a total network of 11 authorized showrooms across Johor, dramatically improving accessibility and brand presence for consumers living in the southern state.
Showroom and Workshop Operating Hours
To accommodate busy schedules, the retail showroom floor is open every single day, including public holidays. The operating times for each distinct department are scheduled as follows:
- Showroom Floor (Sales): Open daily from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays).
- Service Centre (Maintenance): Open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Note that the workshop remains closed on Sundays and public holidays.
