Proton’s existing 4S outlet has taken on a new and refreshed look. It was renovated and enhanced to meet the new standard requirements of a standard 4S branch.
The 14,875 square feet branch is still located at No.188, Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. Its 4S facilities cover sales, service, spare parts and body and paint.
The upgraded outlet is anticipated to increase sales and service throughput by 30%. It is open 7 days a week, and is operated by experienced sales and service staff. This branch is the first Proton Edar Branch fully renovated and enhanced to comply with PROTON 4S standard requirements.
There are lifestyle wall graphics, with lively and youthful colour schemes to embody a modern day outlet. The customer lounge area has also been expanded with additional seats for extra comfort.
Besides these, parents can keep their children occupied at the kids’ play corner, while their cars are being serviced.
