The Porsche 911 992 facelift range expands further with 3 new 4S models and a new Carrera T Club Coupé.
Last year, the facelift of the Porsche 911 992 generation began to roll out and by the end of the year we saw a number of variants including the Carrera T Coupé and Cabriolet. Now, about a year later the 992.2 lineup expands with three new 4S models as well as a new Carrera T Club Coupé. Let’s start with the 3 new global models.

New Porsche 911 4S Variants
Three all-wheel drive models have expanded the 992 generation facelift portfolio. These include the 911 Carrera 4S Coupé, 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet, and the 911 Targa 4S. These sit above the standard Carrera models but below the GTS models.

These 4S models come with PTM with rear-biased distribution and a water-cooled front differential with an electromechanically-controlled clutch. The same 3.0L twin turbocharged boxer 6 cylinder from the latest Carrera S models power the 4S models.

This engine an additional 30hp versus the outgoing model for a total of 473 hp. An 8-speed PDK automatic is the only option and it goes from 0-100km/h in about 3.1 seconds with Launch Control and the Sport Chrono Package.

Standard equipment has been improved as well. There are now Sport Exhaust tips with silver tailpipes, larger brakes (408mm in front, 380mm at the rear), revised dampers with better hydraulics, PTV+, and 20/21 inch staggered Carrera S wheels. The Targa 4S gets rear-axle steering as standard. Optionally, PCCB, lowered PASM Sport Suspension.

Besides that, extended leather upholstery, Matrix LED headlights and wireless smartphone charging is standard.

Porsche 911 Carrera T Club Coupé
The Porsche 911 Carrera T Club Coupé is a limited edition car that celebrates 70 years of the Porsche Club of America and it will be offered to members of that club initially. Fittingly, only 70 units will be produced and it will only be available in the North American market. It is based on the aforementioned 911 Carrera T so you can expect it to come with a 6-speed manual transmission (complete with a walnut shift lever). Other equipment on this model includes lowered PASM Sport Suspension, a mechanical limited slip differential with PTV.

Visually, the Carrera T Club Coupé comes with the SportDesign front fascia with red accents, 20/21 inch RS Spyder wheels in satin black with brilliant silver accents and the exterior colour is ‘Paint to Sample’ Sholar Blue, which is a metallic take on the Club Blau paint finish that first appeared on the PCA Club Coupé.

The car also comes with Club Coupé logos on the doors in Brilliant Silver, a rear 911 decal and grille slat inlay. The mirrors are finished in Sholar Blue as well and a final “70 Year PCA” badge is found on the grille.

Inside, there’s a “Porsche Club of America” door sill insert and door projectors with the PCA 70 year logo. The interior is upholstered in black leather with stitching and matching seat belts in Speed Blue and Guards Red.

There are “Club Coupé” logos on the dashboard trim as well.
