By The Billions launches the Malayan Xpedition 2025 off-road adventure event.
By The Billions (BTB), Malaysia’s fast-growing cars, community, and content platform, has officially launched the Malayan Xpedition 2025, a landmark overland journey set to redefine off-road adventure in Peninsular Malaysia.
The announcement was made alongside the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with two key partners: the Sabah Four Wheel Drive Association (SFWDA) and the Malaysia 4WD Training & Experience Centre (M4TREC). This collaboration is designed to cement Malayan Xpedition as a permanent fixture in the local off-roading calendar while promoting a safe, inclusive, and sustainable 4×4 community.
Building a Strong Off-Roading Ecosystem
M4TREC will provide integrated training and certification programmes for expedition participants, while SFWDA will contribute its decades of experience in organising the globally recognised Borneo Safari. Together, these partnerships will help BTB strengthen Malaysia’s position as a hub for world-class off-road expeditions.
The Malayan Xpedition 2025 has also been recognised as an official event in Tourism Pahang’s annual calendar, highlighting its importance to local tourism and rural economic development.
A Landmark Expedition Across West Malaysia
Designed for both beginners and seasoned adventurers, the Malayan Xpedition (11–16 October 2025) will combine adrenaline-fueled driving with cultural and social impact. Participants will tackle river crossings, mountain trails, and night drives, while also engaging in community outreach such as providing medical aid and dental check-ups to Orang Asli villages. The journey culminates in a celebratory beachside dinner.
In addition, the 4 Wheels Fest & Adventure Festival (11–12 October 2025) will return bigger than ever at Awana Genting, featuring lifestyle showcases, adventure sports, convoy drives, and cooking challenges—all designed to connect Malaysia’s growing 4×4 tribe.

BTB has also signed Letters of Agreement with leading automotive and lifestyle brands including Great Wall Motor (GWM), Ford Sime Darby Auto Connexion, BFGoodrich Tyres, FIVE Petroleum, Ironman 4×4, Tough Dog, and more. Their involvement highlights the growing industry confidence in Malaysia’s off-road and adventure tourism market.
