The iCaur V23 electric off-roader has been previewed in RHD configuration at Starhill, Kuala Lumpur.
Yesterday, we got a public preview of the latest electric off-roader from Chery Group, the iCaur V23 in right-hand drive configuration. The model was shown and will be open for public display until 2nd November 2025. Its launch in Malaysia is anticipated to be at the end of 2025 with an estimated price of RM145,000 for the 2WD model and 155,000 for the iWD or all-wheel drive version. This all-electric off-roader is the follow-up to the iCaur 03, which was launched in Malaysia recently from RM119,800.
Order books are open for the iCaur V23. Here are some vehicle specifications to help you make your choice between the variants. Do note that CLTC range is more generous than WLTP quoted range, so take the range estimates with a pinch of salt.
Powertrain, Battery, and Range:
- 2WD Variant:
- Motor: Single rear-axle motor.
- Output: 136 PS and 180 Nm of torque.
- Battery: 59.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP).
- Maximum Range (CLTC): 401 km.

- The V23 is offered in two configurations: Rear-Wheel-Drive (2WD) and intelligent All-Wheel-Drive (iWD).

- Battery: 81.8 kWh ternary lithium (NMC).
- Maximum Range (CLTC): 501 km.
- 0–100 km/h: 7.5 seconds.
- DC Fast Charging: Up to 104 kW.
- Shared Specs: Both variants have an electronically limited top speed of 140 km/h. Both share an AC charging rate of 6.6 kW.
