NZWheels Bangsar is now a Stars@Mercedes-Benz showroom.
NZWheels Bangsar has been elevated to a Stars@Mercedes-Benz showroom – the largest of its kind and one of only 3 in the world, with a built-up area of 1800 square feet – the others being in Ginza and Zurich. The Stars@Mercedes-Benz showroom concept is designed to serve high net-worth communities. This particular showroom is the first to combine the Stars@Mercedes-Benz concept with the latest Mercedes-Benz retail brand CI.
The showroom was developed with NZ Wheels investing RM5 million into renovation costs. NZ Wheels has so far invested RM20 million in their four Mercedes-Benz network locations. Besides Bangsar, NZ Wheels has a presence in Klang, Johor Bahru, and Setapak.
What’s Stars@Mercedes-Benz All About?
Conceptually, Stars@Mercedes-Benz is a ‘Top-End’ showroom, made to display all the best and most exclusive models that the brand has to offer. This includes bespoke Mercedes-Benz Manufaktur vehicles, the G-Class, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach vehicles too.
To that end, you’ll find distinct ‘brand worlds’ in each corner of the showroom, one for Mercedes-AMG (the Performance Centre), one for Mercedes-Maybach and one for the G-Class.
There’s also very tight digital integration with loads of large digital screens for a modern audiovisual interactive retail experience. Sales staff have also been trained to explain the more personalised experiences and products available here, such as the MANUFAKTUR area, which allows customers to explore bespoke vehicle customisations with samples available. The main area has also been redesigned to be more like a cafe for a ore relaxing atmosphere while you charge your car or service it. Speaking of charging, there’s a 50kW DC fast charger.
