Why is Grab offering this service for ETS3 passengers
Simple! The ETS3 does not ride all the way into Singapore (Tanjung Pagar stations like is used to decades ago) and so with Singapore bound passengers having to get off the train in JB, they need quick reliable transportation into Singapore.
So, Grab is looking forward to supporting the upcoming Electric Train Service 3 (ETS3), which will connect Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, beginning 12 December 2025. Through our GrabShuttle model, we are offering a helping hand for passengers to enjoy convenient last-mile connectivity to and from JB Sentral station, completing a seamless, comfortable, and reliable door-to-door journey.
By integrating GrabShuttle with ETS3, Grab aims to improve travel accessibility for both local commuters and tourists, supporting national and state-level efforts to promote tourism in line with the Visit Malaysia 2026 and Visit Johor 2026 campaigns.

We hope GrabShuttle provides an affordable and accessible mobility solution for everyone. Grab remains committed to delivering safe, efficient, and user-friendly mobility solutions that complement national transport initiatives and strengthen community connections.
