PROTON has officially launched a major nationwide service campaign targeted at owners of out-of-warranty vehicles.
From 30 March to 30 June 2026, Proton owners whose vehicles are out of warranty are invited to return to authorized service centers to ensure their vehicles remain in peak safety and performance condition. This applies to customers whose servicing records may have lapsed for more than 12 months. The campaign specifically targets PROTON vehicles registered between January 2018 and January 2021.

Affordable Maintenance Packages
The campaign is designed to provide high-quality, genuine maintenance at an accessible price point. Owners can take advantage of basic service packages that include:
- Engine oil and oil filter replacement.
- A complimentary 40-point safety inspection covering critical areas such as brakes, battery condition, and tyres.
- Labor charges included within the package price.
Pricing for the Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga starts at just RM120 when using semi-synthetic engine oil. Owners of the premium X-series SUVs are also supported, with specialized service packages starting from RM216.

Enhancing the Customer Experience
With a vast network of 190 authorized service outlets and 77 Body & Paint centers across Malaysia, PROTON is ensuring that professional support is always within reach. This infrastructure is backed by trained technicians and strategically located parts centers to ensure fast access to genuine components.

To further refine their service quality, PROTON has introduced the Service Experience QR (SEQR) initiative. This allows customers to provide immediate digital feedback on their service visit, helping the brand maintain its commitment to reliability and international standards.
