Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has officially recognized the outstanding achievements of its retail network at the annual Retail Partner of the Year 2025 awards.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently held their Retail Partner of the Year 2025 award ceremony. The ceremony celebrates the dedication, operational excellence, and commitment to customer service demonstrated by partners across the brand’s nationwide network.

Top Honors: Retail Partner of the Year 2025

The most prestigious award of the evening, Retail Partner of the Year 2025, was presented to NZ Wheels Bangsar & KL-Northeast. The partner secured the title by achieving the highest overall score across a comprehensive range of performance metrics.

In addition to the main title, NZ Wheels Bangsar also took home:

  • Best in Sales
  • Best in Financial Services

Celebrating Category Excellence

The awards also highlighted high performance in specific operational categories among Malaysia’s 31 authorized retailers:

  • Best in Global Customer Services & Parts: Awarded to Minsoon Star.
