Under the relief initiative, eligible former SOCAR users can offset vehicle rental expenses across multiple trips on the GoCar platform:
- Booking Offset Structure: Users can apply up to RM20 per booking, allowing them to save across as many as 10 separate trips for a cumulative value of RM200.
- Wide Fleet Access: The credits apply across the standard GoCar Share fleet, spanning compact hatchbacks, sedans, practical multi-purpose vehicles (MPVs), family crossovers, and full battery electric vehicles (EVs).
- Four-Month Validity Window: Approved credits remain valid for bookings made until 31 December 2026.
