After more than a year in the Malaysian market, the Yamaha Ego Solariz is now available with new graphics in four new colors namely red, blue, purple and magenta.
The price for the scooter is unchanged from last year at RM5,548 including GST, without road tax, registration and insurance.
The Ego Solariz is powered by a 125cc fuel injection BlueCore engine that produces 9.4 hp at 8,000 rpm and 9.6 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. A V-belt automatic transmission is tasked to channel the power to the rear wheel.
Standard features include an ECO lamp indicator as part of the new speedometer display, as well as a 10-litre storage space underneath the saddle that is spacious enough for personal items.
In addition, the 94-kg scooter is also equipped with a 4.2-liter fuel tank, while its braking system comprises a hydraulic disc at the front and a drum brake at the rear.
