Ford and VW neck and neck in the Super Production Class in CTCC 2012
Han Han of Shanghai VW 333 Racing took a dramatic win in the 2nd round of CTCC in Zhuhai International Circuit. Ford drivers Rainey He and Jiang Tengyi finished 2nd and 3rd.
The 4 Volkswagen Polos of Shanghai VW 333 Racing were penalised before the race and made to start from the 16th to 19th place on the grid, as they hadn’t finished changing their tyres before the start of the formation lap. Volkswagen driver Han Han had claimed pole, but due to the error of his team, was forced to start from 16th.
