Ducati Hypermotard 796 At Naza Bikes Now

Next Bike has officially launched the awe-inspiring Ducati Hypermotard 796 at their Ducati showroom located at NAZA TTDI Plaza in Taman Tun. At the launch, the Ducati Malaysia club was also given recognition with its re-establishment now with a new club President, Tunku Ivan Mansur who succeeds his brother, Tunku Johan Mansur who started the club some 5 years ago.

The Ducati Hypermotard 796 rides the common ground between manners and madness, mixing Ducati’s unrivalled twin cylinder power and sportbike heredity with the lightweight and minimalist supermotard concept.

The Ducati Hypermotard 796’s new air-cooled L-twin Desmodromic 803 cc engine is barely three quarters the size of the 1078 cc powerplant found in the Hypermotard 1100.

By keeping the compression ratio high (at 11.1:1) and revising the entire bottom end, it the 796 produces 81 horsepower which is only 9 horsepower less than its big-twin sibling.

Torque drops to 55.7 lb-ft, but those changes also accompany an overall weight loss of 27 lbs which brings the Hypermotard 796’s total mass to 368 lbs dry making a lightweight sports bike ideal for city and back road crusing. Visit the showroom now to place your order. Selling price is RM79,000.00
