Nissan Teana with Aerokit and a built-in SAT NAV
Tan Chong has just announced the availability of the award-winning Nissan Teana with Aerokit and a built-in Multimedia Navigation System for both 2.0L and 2.5L variants. With this option, the Teana Multimedia Navigation System uses GPS (Global Positioning System) technology and digitised maps on a clear visibility seven-inch high resolution LCD touch-screen monitor that provide easy-to-understand smart 3D entrance guidance with photo realistic lane and junction view. This system which has multi-lingual support offers simple and user-friendly options to locate target destinations.
The navigation system also functions as a reverse camera with night vision compensation. The wide angle Rear View Camera provides a clear view of obstacles behind the vehicle which helps the driver avoid reversing into small objects below the bumper line.
The Teana Multimedia Navigation System presents the driver and passengers with a comprehensive array of technologies for enhanced functionality and connectivity. It has standard equipment such as Bluetooth hands free where users can connect their phones to the navigation system and multimedia features such as music and movie playback via SD card and USB connections. It also has an iPod connector to link up with Apple portable devices. Since its introduction to the Malaysian market, the Nissan Teana has garnered various prestigious awards such as the ‘Best Local Assembly Executive Sedan” in the recently concluded 2011 Asian Auto Industry Awards.
