4X4 ASIA 2012: ANNOUNCEMENT OF EVENT POSTPONEMENT

4×4 Asia 2012 was at full steam ahead to put on the inaugural event this 29th November to 2nd December. But, due to the heavy schedule of manufacturers’ yearend nationwide road shows, budget issues, including time factor along with a few obstacles that we have had to negotiate, unfortunately we have not been able to come to a conclusion where the event can proceed in its perfect form at this time and therefore postponed to 2014.
In the spirit of creating Malaysia as the regional resource centre and a global fraternity gathering hub for all things relevant to the four/all-wheel-drivetrain vehicles as well as our confidence towards the potential of the event, we would like everyone in the industry to partake in 4×4 Asia 2014 and grow with the show.
The 4X4/AWD/4WD vehicle lovers were already anticipating 4×4 Asia 2012 to be an ultimate showcase and thus we would like to ensure that the inaugural event in 2014 achieve a very promising beginning and eventually become the premier event for the industry.  With this understanding, we would like to seek your fullest support and consideration the 4×4 Asia 2014 and without a doubt your presence at the show would be looked forward to by the 4×4/AWD/4WD community.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our utmost appreciation and sincere thanks to all organizations, partners, and supporters who had confirmed their participations as well as to the many individuals that had vested their time and energy. For those exhibitors who have made payments, you will be fully refunded. Please kindly give us 1 month to finalise the accounts and issue the reimbursement.
In the meantime, we are going to proceed with the attempt to break the Malaysia Book of Records for “The Largest Gathering of 4×4 Vehicles” at a new location in Pantai Klebang, Melaka on the 1st of December 2012 during the Rainforest Challenge 2012 Prologue where the Governor of Melaka is scheduled to grace the declaration.
So, join us in our attempt to set a new national record for “The Largest Gathering of 4×4 Vehicles” and renew the bond of fraternity amongst the industry movers and lovers.
