Ford Focus WTCC Edition Might Come To Malaysia
Arena, the World Touring Car Championship team, has released a race ready Ford Focus, which has been equipped with a more potent variant of the 1.6-litre turbo Ecoboost engine. Ford tuner Mountune Performance modified the Focus WTCC Limited Edition. It delivers 200bhp, which is 20bhp higher than the readily available 1.6 Ecoboost engine with the most power. It also boasts an added 37lb ft of torque, increasing the output to 236lb ft. In addition, the car features a short-throw gear selector, which was created by Mountune. It comes with replica WTCC 18-inch alloys that are covered with 235/40 tyres. It also gets a modified exhaust. The other styling modifications include WTCC exterior graphics, carbonfibre-effect detailing in the cabin and WTCC-branded trim. The Focus WTCC will be offered throughout the world (Malaysia included), which is rare for a limited edition developed in the UK.
